These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and winpar ("winpar", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the winpar website located at winpar.vip and all associated services, games, promotions, and tools offered therein.
winpar operates under an international gaming license and provides online sports betting, live casino, slot games, and instant-win products to eligible players. Our primary market is Pakistan, and we support deposits and withdrawals in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and major Pakistani banks.
By creating an account, you acknowledge that you are accessing winpar voluntarily and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below. winpar reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account and use any of winpar's services. This is a hard requirement — there are no exceptions. winpar takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on winpar. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's identity, or any fictitious identity — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts detected by our fraud systems will be closed without notice, and any winnings or bonuses associated with those accounts will be forfeited.
winpar applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, and payment method verification at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction and pending withdrawal delays.
It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing winpar is lawful in your jurisdiction. winpar does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. Players must not use VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions — doing so is a violation of these Terms and will result in account termination.
winpar currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and select Cryptocurrency networks. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Wallet page at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account in real time subject to network confirmation times. winpar does not charge transaction fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 business hours following completion of identity verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that was previously used to deposit into your winpar account, or to a verified bank account in your name. Pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal is approved.
winpar complies with international AML standards. Any transaction that appears suspicious, unusually large, or inconsistent with your stated gaming activity may be flagged for review. winpar reserves the right to withhold funds and report suspicious activity to the relevant financial intelligence authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
Bonuses are available exclusively to registered players who have completed the KYC verification process. Specific promotions may be targeted at new players, existing players, or players in particular geographic regions within Pakistan (such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or Faisalabad). winpar reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 30 times the bonus amount before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower percentage. winpar operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, placing opposing bets to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where abuse is detected, winpar will void all related bonuses and winnings, close the accounts involved, and may recover any withdrawn funds through legal channels.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the winpar platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
All content on winpar — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of winpar or its licensed game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any winpar content without prior written consent from winpar's management. Violation of this clause may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.
winpar provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted access and accurate game outcomes, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winpar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures. Our total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winpar collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and accessed only by authorised winpar personnel on a need-to-know basis.
You may close your winpar account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonuses) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to completion of KYC and any pending wagering requirements.
winpar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, legal requirement to do so, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, winpar may withhold the entire account balance as damages.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which winpar's international gaming license is issued. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the winpar platform shall first be submitted to our customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents winpar from seeking emergency injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
winpar may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of winpar after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
